Managing Director
Joseph began his career as a Property Manager and grew to manage a portfolio of 150 properties. Joe became a licensed Valuer in 1999 and commencing in 2000, he moved into sales and leasing. In 2004, Joseph established his own real estate business which would later be renamed to Vicus Commercial. The Company grew quickly, and Joe is excited for the future as part of the SVN Global Community.

Gianni joined the company in 2008, and was pivotal in the establishment of the residential division and then later, The Vicus Group, the parent company incorporating Vicus Commercial, Vicus Residential and Vicus Strata. Gianni’s roles within the Group range from overseeing sales and asset management to corporate governance and ongoing financial administration.

The group incorporates a Commercial Management and Sales and Leasing division. All services are operated from SVN | Perth, our centrally located head office.
